Stacey Lauren Speaking on Stage

Stacey Lauren

About

Stacey Lauren is a TEDx speaker, charity fundraising auctioneer, and founder of Do The Thing, a global impact platform redefining how generosity and business intersect. A former CEO and co-founder of an 8-figure staffing company, Stacey brings deep business acumen to the world of philanthropy—challenging outdated fundraising models and replacing them with collaborative, profit-positive impact.

After scaling her company into an industry leader, Stacey shifted her focus from traditional growth to movement-building. She now helps entrepreneurs, organizations, and communities turn inspiration into action through innovative experiences that activate trust, momentum, and leadership in real time. Her signature initiatives—including The Billion Dollar Impact Marketplace, My People Parties, and Challenges Powered by Do The Thing—are used globally to connect people around shared goals while funding meaningful missions.

Stacey’s work has been featured on TEDx stages, at the United Nations, and across high-impact events where she combines powerful storytelling with live auction experiences that move generosity from personal spending to business strategy. Through her Comfort Circle Framework, she equips individuals to step into leadership, build confidence, and take action—no matter where they’re starting from.

She is also producing At Liberty, a forthcoming fiction film exploring the identity loss veterans face after service and the life-saving power of community and renewed purpose. At the heart of Stacey’s work is a simple belief: success isn’t a solo journey—it’s about finding your people and building impact together.
